Grandio Flow – Now in new NDT® syringe

Hygienic and efficient use through non-dripping technology

Starting now, syringes that ooze, drip and leave strings and the accompanying waste of expensive material belong to the past. Grandio Flow is available in the specially designed NDT® syringe now. VOCO has successfully developed a non-oozing, non-dripping syringe based on the innovative non-dripping technology (NDT®) especially for highly flowable materials. The syringe permits Grandio Flow to be applied in exactly the desired amount without material waste. This means a procedure that is not only safe and clean, but also economical.

Flowable with excellent material and handling properties

Grandio Flow is a flowable, nano-hybrid composite for the treatment of minimally invasive cavities, Class III to V cavities, extended fissure sealing as well as restorative repairs and veneer repairs. Moreover, it can be used to lute translucent dental prosthetics, such as full ceramic crowns and veneers. Grandio Flow can be used with all commercially available bonding materials.

Grandio Flow also offers its proven attributes in the new NDT® syringe. Grandio Flow is a persuasive material with ideal flowability and concomitantly high filler content of 80.2 w/w %. With a resin portion that is up to 50% less than traditional flow materials and even lower than some pasty hybrid-composites, Grandio Flow offers multiple outstanding physical characteristics in addition to its minimal polymerization shrinkage. These include excellent wetting properties, high compressive and transverse strength and excellent abrasion resistance. The material is only flowable for modeling under pressure and movement, due to its flow-on-demand properties (exactly adjusted thixotropy). It is so stationary after completion of the modeling that it does not flow out of the cavity.

Optimum shade matching – also for nonstandard indications

Grandio Flow is available in ten shades (A1, A2, A3, A3.5, A4, B1, B2, C2, D2, OA2). In addition to exact shade matching with Grandio, the universal restorative, nonstandard indications can also be treated with Grandio Flow. For this, we offer the special shades Bleach Light (BL) and White Opaque (WO). Bleach Light is suitable not only for bleached teeth, but also for paediatric dentistry. White opaque forms an excellent restoration foundation (e.g., with discoloured dentine areas or core build-ups). Grandio Flow in the new NDT® syringe – hygienic, quick, precise and no waste of material.
